<p><strong>Stable school funding isn't just good for kids — it's good for this community. </strong>Nobody wants to send their child to a classroom with 35 fifth graders and one exhausted teacher. Underfunded schools don't just hurt our children and staff; they impact the future residents of the Hillside Area.</p>

<p><strong>Our first responders and teachers deserve a defined benefit plan. </strong>These are hard, demanding jobs — at the very least, the people doing them should be able to retire with dignity.</p>
